Get your creativity going by making a beautiful piece of artwork with colored sand! Children of all ages are welcome. We will have 2 Sand Art programs. The first will be at the Troy Library June 29th. The second will be at the Elwood Library July 1st. Both will begin @ 1pm. 5 years and under must be accompanied by an adult
